By making use of the Template Files, I was able to speed up the process of implementing and configuring GLPI 10 here at the company. This left more time to focus on other more important issues, such as, for example, the integration process with Active Directory, which although nothing out of this world, was a configuration where I had to dedicate more attention.

The implementation of GLPI was not a complex activity, but rather laborious. However, when you have Files that serve as Template and that facilitate configuration actions, things become clearer and simpler to do. Not to mention that the investment I made to have access to these Files does not by far surpass the time we managed to save during the GLPI configuration process.

With joy and a little fear, this is how we received the challenge of implementing GLPI 10 here in the company, and we thought this would be another learning opportunity. But, I confess that I didn’t want to start from scratch in terms of configuration parameters. Therefore, we chose to use the (Adapted) Template Files, which saved us precious time, without any rework.
